ISC : Classes XI – XII

The school offers three streams namely Science, Arts and Commerce.


The subjects offered are :



Science Stream:-  English (Compulsory), Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, and Hindi or Bengali.


Arts Stream:-  English (Compulsory), History, Geography, Computer Science, Psychology and Hindi or Bengali.


Commerce Stream:-  English (Compulsory), Economics, Commerce , Accountancy, Computer Science, and Hindi or Bengali.



Note:   The students have to choose minimum of 5 subjects from the above list. A 6th subject may be selected if the students so desire.

Evaluation and Promotion

Student merit and performance are assessed through a system of continuous evaluation in the primary classes through a series of planned class tests. The School strictly follows grading system in order to avoid unhealthy competition and comparisons among children. The yearly curriculum is broken up into two terms. Assessment sheets are regularly maintained in order to update the child’s progress. Promotion is not granted if a student has less than 75%attendance, if he/she fails to appear in the annual examination or if he/she fails to secure 40% in each subject. In all matters regarding promotion, Principal’s decision is final.

The academic year begins from the month of April. There are Four vacations during the course of an academic year.

Registration & Admission

The application form for registration and admission are available from the school office ( 11th November onwards) from Monday to Friday 9 A.M to 4 P.M. and Saturday 9 A.M to 1 P.M. as well as from our website : www.tps.org.in
The duly filled application form should be submitted alongwith all mentioned documents with Rs. 200.00 as Application fees to the school office.
Admission is taken on the basis of an interview of the students as well as of the parents.

The ages for application are :- Montessori- age 2+, L.N.- age 3+, U.N.- age 4+, K.G.- age 5+, Class I – age 6+

The school is headed by Principal who is supported by Co-ordinators. A team of well qualified, trained, experienced and dedicated teachers bear the responsibility of quality education. Constant monitoring by the school Academic Council and Managing Committee ensures the standard.
